Terms and Conditions for Hotel The Oasis

Welcome to Hotel The Oasis, operated by RASHIKA BUILDWELL PVT. LTD. By accessing or using our website (hoteltheoasis.com) or availing of our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

  1. The terms refer to Hotel The Oasis, located at Hotel The Oasis, Near Delhi Road, Near SBI Industrial Estate, Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, 247001.
  2. By using our services or booking through our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
  3. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be governed by Indian laws.
  1. Booking and Payments
  1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  2. Payments can be made through our secure payment gateway, which complies with PCI-DSS standards.
  3. GST is applicable on all transactions as per Indian regulations. Our GSTIN is 09AADCR3852P1ZR.
  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  1. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before check-in for a full refund.
  2. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of check-in.
  1. Facilities Usage
  1. Our property includes 4 halls, 1 bar, 1 restaurant connected with 1 lounge, and 2 varieties of rooms. Guests are expected to adhere to the rules of each facility.
  2. Use of the bar and lounge is restricted to guests aged 21 and above.
  1. Guest Responsibilities
  1. Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their belongings. Hotel The Oasis is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
  2. Damages to property caused by guests will be charged to the respective guest’s account.
  1. Prohibited Activities
  1. Activities violating Indian laws or hotel policies are strictly prohibited.
  2. The hotel reserves the right to terminate services without refund for guests engaging in prohibited activities.
  1. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide high-quality services; however, Hotel The Oasis is not liable for:

  1. Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  2. Temporary unavailability of services due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be updated on our website with the effective date.
